We use your Personal Information where it is essential for running and improving our site. By using our site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

While using our site, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you.

Specifically, we request your contact phone number at checkout for the sole purpose of redirecting lost parcels or couriers.

There are times, when in the course of normal business we may be required to share or disclose basic delivery related data. For example, after we've let you know your parcel has left our office, our shipping partners DHL Express & Australia Post will send you updated parcel tracking information. If you're not available at point of delivery, an email or phone call may help deliver your parcel in a timely manner. All with a view to provide you prompt delivery services.

If you join our BahamaBrown Family, we may contact you with special offers, blog posts, etc. that will give you a first look into new shoots and promos with a view to save you money and update you with the latest information.

Your information is stored behind a solid and robust Firewall to prevent any privacy issues.

Credit card details are processed via a secure browser.

We do not store your credit card details.

SHIPPING POLICY

Checkout and Delivery information.

ALL orders are shipped from our warehouse on the same day as your order.
Bahama Brown currently offers shipping to all Australian & International addresses.

You may not be aware that shipping companies like Australia Post will charge shipping for each attempt and in both directions, example:

1. The initial delivery
2. Return to Sender (if address is unclear or invalid)
3. The re-shipping of current or replacement parcel

So please pay attention when providing your address and make sure it is a valid address. If you have a unit number & a street number, you must include both otherwise it is invalid. We ask for phone number so in the event your address is incorrect, it gives us a chance to clarify your address with you.

It's just plain common sense. If you provided an invalid address, you're responsible for the additional shipping fees.

If you have provided an incorrect or incomplete address, Bahama Brown cannot accept responsibility for parcels that have been sent to incorrect addresses provided by you. Order dispatch is automated and immediate.

When you purchase your products at checkout you will be sent a confirmation email. Please check this to make sure all your address and other delivery information is correct.

Once you receive this email, we will dispatch your Bahama Brown products virtually immediately. Delivery times are entirely dependant on carrier.

Local Australian Orders - We use Australia Post and other national courier companies to deliver products. Generally, for east coast metro areas in Australia, you can expect to receive your order within 2 to 3 business days from when it leaves our warehouse, however please allow up to 10 working days.

International Orders - Usually arrive within 10 to 22 working days depending on your location. Parcels entering any country will require clearance by local Customs authorities and while unlikely, this may cause unforeseen delays.

Country Specific Duties & Taxes - Shipping does not include Duties & Taxes related to your country. You will be responsible for this. Fortunately Bahama Brown is priced in a way that most countries will not require Duties however you'll need to check the specific requirement for your country.

You will be advised by email when your product has been shipped from our warehouse.

Please note we will do our best to meet stated timeframes for dispatch and delivery, however many factors can affect delivery times and we cannot guarantee that they will always be met. Once your order leaves our warehouse, it is in the hands of the courier.

RETURNS POLICY

Bahama Brown is very different to any tanning product you've ever used. We know it works exceptionally well.

Feel free to reach out to us, we'll help you with quick tips for best results. If you still don't achieve a great tan, then of course you're more than welcome to a full refund.

Common sense reasons why a refund is not accepted - (1) We completely understand if your melanocytes are not functioning, perhaps you have (2) Albinism or (3) Vitiligo, then TheSuperfoodTan will not produce a tan for you. In this case we suggest you do not buy this product since its entire process is based on your skin's ability to produce its own colour. (4) We do not accept change of mind returns. (5) We dispatch within 48hrs, for any return claim to be considered, you must contact us within 14 days.

We openly share with you the list of ingredients from which Bahama Brown and Bahama Light are made. Please purchase responsibly and if you are allergic to any fruit or nut found in our products then it would be wise to responsibly apply or not apply as may be suited to your specific condition.
